- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the achievement of goals
- Ensuring that the club facilities have the required resources to complete their operations and plans
- Overseeing all new facility projects with the SLC management team if needed
- Designing daily operational programs that achieve organizational objectives
- Implementing new or revise current products and procedures
- Analyzing the monthly reports as submitted by the finance department, and ensuring that all facilities are working towards meeting targets within the budget
- Responsible for the daily production operations of the facilities and all their components
- Maintaining plans for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales

- Holding academic degree in Business Management / Business development
- Minimum 6 years experience in the Business Management / Business Development
- Able to multi-task and handle a wide spectrum of responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills
- Strategic planning and analysis skills
- Able to represent the club facilities in media
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
- Excellent skills in budgeting and studies
