Job Description

- Maintaining high standards of hygiene.

- Works in the designated area as set by the Executive Chef.

- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment.

- Key helper inside the kitchen for any task required from the Senior Chefs.

- Measuring dish ingredients and portions size accurately.

- Prepare all food items for à la carte and buffet menus according to the standard recipes.

- Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions.

- Maintain proper rotation of products in all chillers to minimize wastage/spoilage.

- Have full knowledge of all menu items.

- Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.

Job Requirments

- Experience in the UAE 

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position

- Fluent English language
