Supervise and prepare the budgets for all F&B outlets based on market, performance, and capabilities.
Monitor performance of all F&B outlets continuously, and suggest/implement methods of increasing revenues, decreasing costs and thereby increasing the outlets’ profit margins.
Assist in setting the overall F&B strategies in line with the corporate strategies and set action plans to achieve them.
Assist in setting the yearly promotional and marketing strategy for the F&B outlets.
Closely monitor staff turnover and supervise all staff issues related to the department.
Work closely with Business Management Department, Marketing and Media for promotions.
Ensure that the F&B department is working with the market trends.
Collaborate with the F&B team and Business Management to ensure that the menus are changed on a bi-annual basis.
Work closely with the F&B consultant for recruitment, training and all other staff related issues.
Job Requirments
Bachelor’s degree in hotel management and hospitality.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a similar position.
