- Participants must be at least 12 years old to join either category.

- Participants will be competing in the event at their own responsibility.

- Participants pledge to inform the organizers if any Aliens are spotted during the event.

- Only those who have officially registered and are wearing their designated racing bibs and run t-shirts can compete.

- Gadgets on wheels of any kind are forbidden. Offenders will be disqualified from the race.

- Slower runners are advised to pick spots in the back before starting the race to avoid collisions and injuries.

- Participants may not exchange bib numbers. Offenders will be disqualified from the race.

- In efforts to encourage fair competition, participants shall not be considered winners in the 10^th edition of Sharjah Ladies Run, if they won consecutively in the past two editions.

- Limited number of lockers are available for participants. Event organizers are not responsible for the loss of any valuables.

- Decisions of the event director, event referee and organizing committee in all matters are final.

- Photography is strictly prohibited outside dedicated areas.

- Winning participants agree that photos taken during the awarding will be used for marketing and media purposes. (including social media and tv)

- The park is dedicated for ladies only. However, it is located in a residential area and complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.

- Ambulance vehicles will be available for emergencies.

- Food and beverages are available for sale during the event.

- Water stations will be available on the running track.

- Limited parking is available all around the park, carpooling is recommended.

- Please beware of droids selling counterfeit race packs and only receive them from official event organizers.

- Distances may not be 100% accurate.
