Sharjah Ladies Club is proud to announce that it will be celebrating women on March 27^th, as part of its ongoing efforts to empower women and encourage them to play an active role in society. The event will be held at the Club’s exclusive beach between 5pm and 8pm, including a number of workshops, talks and children’s activities.

Speaking ahead of the event, Director of Corporate Communication, Mrs. Duaa Al Mahri, said: “This event is part of Sharjah Ladies Club’s efforts to celebrate all women achievements, which helped them to become more active members of society. Women are the cornerstone of any family, and we’re very pleased to be hosting this event in support of female empowerment.

“The Club works tirelessly to ensure we take part in community events, as well as cultural and national holidays which celebrate women. Women make an invaluable contribution to society, and our goal is to educate and empower them for the greater benefit of all.”

The Club will be organizing workshops held by the Sharjah Economic Development Department for Children, as well as hosting talks about entrepreneurship and empowerment. Inspirational guest speakers such as businesswoman Taghreed Mahdawi will give motivational talks, and there will be workshops relating to beauty and health, as well as free medical examinations, raffles, gifts and special offers.

Young children will be treated to activities such as ‘Games in the Sand’ and a paddle race for mothers and daughters, with the children’s side of the event being run by the Club’s Basateen Preschool Center. There will be plenty for younger family members to do, with live performances, arts and crafts, accessory making, face painting, hair braiding and more.

All the various departments will be taking part in the occasion, with multiple offers and activities for all. Dallouk Wellness Spa will be holding a ‘Color your Emotion’ workshop to help women express themselves and explore the relationship between colors and emotions. Orchid Beauty Boutique, meanwhile, will be laying on several complimentary treatments and offering discounted packages.

Sharjah Ladies Club is now seen as the go-to destination with 15 Gateways for all women and children across the region, with its unique, state-of-the-art facilities offering health and beauty treatments, as well as education and entertainment opportunities to suit everyone.
