Sharjah Ladies Club prepares for its first Wellness Hub event in
Sharjah, to be held on October 16th in collaboration with Pink

importance of early breast cancer detection.
The Wellness Hub event will consist of a full day of fitness

able to resume activities for its members. The Wellness Hub will serve as an
event-filled day that is in line with the club’s vision and mission to provide
an awareness platform for women and empower them to make healthier life
choices. We believe that by educating women on the importance of maintaining a
healthy lifestyle, you educate the wider community in return.”
She also added, “Sharjah Ladies Club is always a proponent of
positive change, continuously working on introducing innovative ways to
encourage women to live their best lives by adopting healthy lifestyle changes
in regards to fitness and diet.”
The event will kick off with a morning sunrise yoga class, with
