- Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities based on the EYFS framework.

- Child Development Assessment: Observe and assess children's learning and development using a range of assessment techniques.

- Classroom Management and Environment: Organize and maintain an inviting learning environment with age-appropriate materials and resources.

-  Differentiated Instruction: Plan and implement differentiated instruction to meet individual learning goals and accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.

- Collaboration and Communication:

     - Collaborate with other EYFS teachers, teaching assistants, support staff and management.

     - Maintain open and effective professional communication with parents and provide regular updates on children's progress.

- Professional Development: Stay updated on research, best practices and developments in early childhood education and the EYFS framework.

- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children by implementing appropriate health and safety measures.

- Events and Celebrations: Plan and organize special events, celebrations and educational trips aligned with the EYFS curriculum and cultural practices.

- Designing Arabic Program: Develop and implement an Arabic language program supporting language acquisition, literacy, and cultural understanding.

- UAE Identity and Culture: Foster an understanding and appreciation of the UAE's identity, culture, and heritage among children.

- Islamic Studies: Incorporate Islamic studies into the curriculum, foster understanding of Islamic values, traditions and stories.

- Reporting and Compliance: Report teaching activities, curriculum implementation and provide children's progress to the nursery’s manager and senior curriculum coordinator.

- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education. - Must speak Arabic fluently. - Special education needs and disabilities certification is preferred. - Cache Level 3 certification. - The candidate should have completed at least 75% of the required vocational training hours, with the remaining hours to be fulfilled within three months from the permit’s issuance date. - A minimum of three years of experience in UAE nurseries is required. - Familiarity with the EYFS framework, in the moment planning and the child-led approach is preferred. - Candidates must be available in the UAE.
